Cancellation Policy
Last updated: September 14, 2026
This Cancellation Policy explains how you may cancel a project or ongoing service engagement with Sentriqo IT Solutions. It applies alongside our Terms of Service, Payment & Refund Policy, and the proposal or contract agreed for your engagement. If those documents contain different cancellation terms, the terms in your signed proposal or contract will take precedence.
1. Requesting a Cancellation
To request cancellation, contact us in writing at info@sentriqoitsolutions.com. Please include your name, company, project or service name, and the requested cancellation date. A cancellation is effective only after we confirm receipt in writing.
2. Cancellation Before Work Begins
If you cancel before work has started, we will review any payment already received and costs already committed for your engagement. Any refundable balance will be handled under our Payment & Refund Policy and the terms of your proposal or contract.
3. Cancellation After Work Begins
If work has begun, you are responsible for fees covering work completed or in progress up to the effective cancellation date, along with any non-cancellable third-party costs incurred on your behalf. Deposits and milestone payments are treated as described in our Payment & Refund Policy and your specific agreement.
4. Ongoing and Recurring Services
Hosting, maintenance, support, consulting, marketing, and other recurring services may have notice periods or minimum commitments stated in the applicable proposal or contract. Services and related access will continue until the confirmed cancellation date, subject to payment of outstanding invoices.
5. Project Delays or Suspension
If a project is delayed because required content, approvals, access, feedback, or payments are not provided, we may pause the work and revise the delivery schedule. A prolonged pause may require the project to be rescheduled or closed, with completed work and committed costs invoiced accordingly.
6. Cancellation by Us
We may suspend or cancel an engagement if invoices remain unpaid, required cooperation is not provided, the requested work becomes unlawful or unsafe, or there is a material breach of the applicable agreement. Where reasonably possible, we will provide written notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue first.
7. Deliverables and Access After Cancellation
Once all outstanding amounts are paid, we will provide completed deliverables and client-owned materials in the form required by the applicable agreement. Licenses, credentials, hosting, source files, and work in progress will be transferred or retained according to that agreement and any third-party license restrictions.
8. Refunds and Third-Party Costs
Cancellation does not automatically create a right to a refund. Refund eligibility depends on the work completed, payments made, costs incurred, and the terms agreed for the engagement. Domain names, software licenses, cloud services, advertising spend, and other third-party purchases may be non-refundable.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The version in effect when your proposal or contract is accepted will apply to that engagement unless otherwise agreed in writing.
